How to wake up early (5AM) & feel good. You’ve probably heard it a thousand times: the morning is when your mind is the clearest. The morning is when you’re the most productive. Now if only you could wake up early enough to take advantage of that elusive early morning productivity. I’ve always struggled to wake up early in the morning, until recently. For the last month I’ve been able to wake up consistently around 5AM so I felt like it was finally time to make this video.
