Everlane Day Heel Review (Shorts Outfit) Day 2 of 30
Everlane Day Heel Bright Red Review. One thing that I love about the Everlane Day Heel is that it’s so versatile. It’s one of those shoes that can be dressed up or down. This exact reason is why it’s one of my all time wardrobe staples. In today’s look I decided to wear them with shorts. I rarely wear shorts (especially short shorts) with heels because it’s not the classiest look but the chunky low heel on the Day Heel makes these shoes wearable with even the shortest of shorts. In fact I think they almost look like flats in the photos.
The other thing that I really like about the Day Heel is that your feet don’t feel that hot in them. I’ve been wearing these heels over the last month or so and in really warm weather. My feet haven’t felt hot or sweaty even when I wore these all day.
The one thing that I will say about these heels is that I feel like they do get marks pretty easily. I’ve been primarily wearing my Day Heels to the office and for the occasional weekend brunch/mall trip and there are already numerous marks on the heel. There are also a few nicks on the toe. So I’d advise that you are somewhat careful when you’re wearing the Day Heel. Regardless, I still love mine. For the most part, they do hold up pretty well.
There’s so many color options available. I loved my bright red ones so much that I also picked up another pair in the oxblood for the fall. However now that I’ve had the bright red pair for some time, I think they’d actually go with a lot of cold weather outfits also.
If you missed my first post featuring these Day Heels, make sure you check it out here. Stay tuned for my future Day Heel posts. I’ll be wearing them with skirts, dresses, and more!
